Blocks ~ Cushy ride, loss of payload and they will break if you use them off road
Leafs ~ Increased or keep the same payload and is better for when you need to go off road.
If you can spend the cash, I wouldn’t go with either but get a set of Bilsteain 5100 series shocks and use them to raise your rear.
If you want to use blocks, BDS Suspension makes a nice 2.5" Level Kit with a 1” rear block addition giving you the height you need and keeping that slight rake look.
