Funny thing is we have laws against that crap here. Just no one will enforce them. We have a law against towing stuff with chains. I see it everyday on the busiest freeways in Dallas. Can't figure it out. I also see mexicans towing vehicles back to mexico with tow bars. Problem is they make a train of 3-4 cars. Very dangerous.

but my point was it can increase the payload to some extent but not by much, i would say you can haul a little more than what the factory says, its called a factor of safety they know dumb *** people will hook up to anything that there ball and tongue matches....... but everything has a factor of safety or its supposed to

I hear your point, but imagine getting into a serious accident but you are overloaded (more weight than specified by the maker), imagine the consequences, i like to play it safe these days. if i gotta make 2 trips or bring a hauler, so be it, 99% of accidents are due to stupidity.

I just installed the autospring 2.5" leveling kit and a 3 inch block in the rear. You take out the stock block and replace it with the new 3 inch block. It took 45 minutes to do the rear. Like ATOM says, it keeps the stock ride. I have pictures of the 3 inch blocks installed in my Gallery.
