Any body have an idea on what I might be spending to do this. And what brands would you recommend?

Btw it's a 2004 ex cab with a 5.4

If I remember correctly, I paid about $150 for my Skyjacker 1.5" and installed in my driveway.

I paid $200 exactly for the leaf spring and install from a local shop. im sure thats not the best price out there but it certainly wasnt bad. To save myself the headache of installing, which can ba a pain it was worth the $50 to me. And im pretty sure they're all the same, however make sure it has the little teflon spacer thing thats supposed to keep them from squeaking later on as they wear and rub together
