Default Add A Leaf

Ok guy/gals i am putting on a 2.5" leveling kit on my 07 4x4 and i heard some one say something about adding a leaf to the rear so that they could use the 3" spacer. Is there a such thing as adding a leaf and if so would that be enough to not put the control arms at radical angle??

I am pretty sure that the add-a-leaf really doesn't throw off your control arms, but the 3" spacer will. If you use your truck as a daily driver I would recommend not going over 2.5" and the leaf. It can prove to be bad on front end components, but no problems yet.

If you want it level, from what I have found (I have not installed a leveling kit and am not planning to) you should put in the 2" spacer. IF you are looking for a total lift then the 2.5" and a leaf.

every truck is different. some level off at 2", some at 2.5" get out a measuring tape and find out what your truck needs
