I can't belive you F-ed up my truck! Me and my truck look up to you! Get this thing fixed right!

As you are saying (and I'm glad to hear it) some insurance companies are good, and some are terrible! As an insurance agent I hear so many people bashing their insurance agent/company. Really,if you are getting bad service-get a new agent. If you have trouble with a claim, or the claims process (and you are being honest) -get a new insurance company!

I have people come to me that were "saving" $5 a month but have so many complaints it's insane. Insurance is really no diffrent than anything, in that most of the time you get what you pay for. And as you have experienced, your insurance is only as good as how a claim is handled. Because what else are you really paying for if not that. If it were only about saving money we would all be driving Fiestas!

So true and as long as State Farm continues to take care of me I will be a State Farm client for life. To me I don't care if they cost a little more than company b or c as long as when I need them they're there for me and fix my stuff right. I mean I'm paying them to insure my vehicle the way it is and they should be responsible for repairing it to what it was pre-accident. Unfortunately not all companies do that, but as of now I can honestly say I am so glad I'm with State Farm. What company are you an agent for or can you not say?

Front end is all broken down and they're waiting for the steering knuckle and fender flare to come in, ordered the stock knuckle instead of the Fabtech knuckle. All other parts are in so unfortunately I didn't catch them in time to order me an 06 bumper with fogs. Once they get the new knuckle then they are going to start rebuilding and then tow it to an offroad shop to do the suspension work then back to the repair shop for painting. Truck looks horrible sitting there on jack stands and man is she getting dirty.

American Family Ins. Too bad we don't write insurance in Hawaii!
I'm glad you have had a good Insurance experience and it continues. Any “good” insurance company should replace or repair the vehical to what it was before the accident, perminant (must be perminantly attatched/installed) accessories and all. You or anyone that has insurance questions can feel free to PM me any time.
Good Luck!
