Where do you think the A/C drains when it can't drain out what it's meant too... clean and treat the corrosion ...then re-paint, but you may want to un-clog your A/C drain line first.

I'm in the process of fixing it with 3/4 90 degree elbow, got a wire wheel to clean the rust shop vac, then duplicator rust killer then paint and clear it. Guys I was just feeling discouraged between this floor board rust the cab corner rust bs. Ect

Question what's the best way to make sure it isn't clogged that drain is in a very very tight area

Well got a 3/4 inside dia rubber 90 degree bend hose cut it down some to fit in the right area I used a small smear of gorilla glue on it to make sure it stays put. Looks like my ac was dripping behind a aluminum heat shield and a heat blanket. But I got the new extension to hand down past the O2 sensor. I Do know one thing you remove that fender well and look in behind the rocker towards the bottom where the drain is omg its a dirt trap.
