Default Ac question

Okay the other day on Max ac fan on 4 my ac was cool but not cold. So I recharged it which fixed but noticed something else it never drips water. So I looked and couldn't find the ac drain well after research I found it (fyi ford dropped the ball on this, the first of many mistakes on these trucks) I mean the drain sticks straight out like 1/4 out of the fire wall in a very tight area. Well I still don't see water dripping, after a hour of running. No, no water is on my pass floor board. Snother wuestion what is the metal tube that hangs straight down behind the bell housing by the pass cat?

Better keep an eye out for water on the passenger side....that A/C evaporator water has to be going somewhere.

Remove the passenger side door sill cover, and see if you have water in it; another place that folks have reported water to build up because of the evap drain plugged.

Dude I wouldn't sell it because of that but when you pull back your carpet and find your floor board rusted to hell you might consider it.
