i just had the muffler removed on mine and i love it. i still have my stock cats and it sounds perfect no drone at highway speeds but nice deep loud sound in town. i had a tip put on i believe its a 3.5 inch and exits at the corner of the bed had it put on friday drove a hundred miles today and it was just what i wanted. alot better than my old truck it had dual 2.5 pipes to 2 40 series flowmasters dumped under the bed they sounded awesome but the in cab drone was way to loud at 60-75 after 75 they sounded better and had a little drone.

The dump system kills your gas mileage though right?

i didnt really lose any gas milage that truck was great i got a consistent 20 mpg before and after the exhaust. its now my sisters highschool truck it has 230XXX miles on it and she loves the exhuast lol way to much drone for me unless your hauling ***

Dynomax bullets are pretty loud and cheap. YouTube it. 4 inch tip(s), depending if u are going single or dual.

11" Magnaflow, Borla XR-1, Dynomax Bullet, Flowmaster super 10, are all going to be some of the loudest mufflers out there. Compound this with tip size which will slightly "megaphone" the sound level. Generally, the shorter the muffler, the louder it is. Read this thread to get you thinking about sizing, dumping it, mileage, etc:

Or put straights on they are loud but j wouldn't advise unless you like some pop.
