Default about ready to do 100k maintenance

Hey guys, I'm planning on getting my plugs and shocks replaced here within the next 3-5k. I'm going to have it done at a local shop that does a good job and is always reasonably priced. The only question that i have is how important is replacing the shocks on our trucks at the 100k mark(truck has 87k and is an 04 4x4)? Im just asking because i don't tow a lot and their hasn't been a whole lot of extra ware (maybe just a tad)on them or the truck..its been babied lol. If i need to get them changed what brand is best that will let me keep my 2.5 level that i already have installed?

Bilstein 5100s. I've heard nothing but good things about these, and you could even adjust them to level your truck so you wouldn't need a spacer anymore. They do have regular non-adjustables too however if you really like your spacer.

I just put rancho rs-9000xl's and quicklifts on the front. They're ride stiffness adjustable and level the truck without a spacer.
