Hi everyone, I am looking at an 07 f150.. overall its a clean truck, he said he had the camshaft replaced a while back, i guess i'm not too savy with the mechanical side, but is that what supposedly resoved the knocking noise that is so apparent for many 04-08 f150s?

Please don't comment if you're gonna rip me apart for my lack of knowledge haha..

Cam phasers are a issue, but there is 2, and i dont think they are called camshaft
