That price isn't that bad, maybe a grand or so too much.

Make sure they replaced the steering arm and didn't just spray it with lube, because the problem will return in a few months.

As for the noise that sounds like brakes, throw it in 4wheel and see if it goes away. If it does its the IWE's and they are about $250 each in parts alone. If you can not find a dirt road to engage 4 wheel drive you can still test for IWE noise by disconnecting (unplugging) the vacuum servo just above the battery. This will drop the vacuum of the hubs and let them engage with out actually engaging the transfer case.

Bottom line is if you love the truck then get it! Some vehicles you can just tell have been very well cared for. Now is that worth a few grand. In my book yes for sure. Plus if the dealer is doing all that work for you. see if they will throw in a year 12k mile warranty or something like that. Maybe worth your piece of mind.

Now most importantly if you do get the truck or a truck. You have to post up pictures and lots of them.

I did end up getting it! Absolutely love it! If they would not have fixed those to main things to begin with, I would have passed. The truck seems to be very well taken care of, the interior is immaculate. I will get some pictures later today, it was almost dark when I got home with it last night.

I just picked up a lariat 2wd with 73k for 15990. Full maintenance records clean carfax. I feel I stole this truck. Sticker price on it was over 32k. Good job on your truck I love that color. Best of luck to ya.
