I don't know if they make an off the shelf kit for the F-150 right now so you would need to have some good fabrication skills. Basically you rip the factory front end out, cut all the brackets off the frame rails, find a solid front axle with the same width and weld in a set of leaf springs or a 4 link set up. Then you have to cobble up the steering system.

oh, ill stick with the IFS and 37's, would have like to go bigger but dont really want to fabricate anything

No one makes a SAS kit for these trucks so all of it would be custom, I've heard that they cost in the 8-10K range, that might be off though.

ok well i dont think my dads going to let me rip out the IFS on my new truck but thanks for the advice i think im just going to regear to 4.88 and put in some performance upgrades and im just going to pimp from there

what ball joint are you refering to? the one where the upper A-arm meets the spindle? if so, i was thinking about getting the camburg upper arm

Yeah where the a-arms meet the spindle at the top and bottom. That's a nice looking setup. What kind of lift can you get out of it? With some cut out fender flares or some fiberglass fenders you might beable to get a 37 under there.

in that picture, i think they is just their 3" lift kit with the coilover. they make a long travel kit that will fit 35's with fiberglass fenders. its at the bottom of the page that i gave you a link to in my last post

ghey, its only 2wd.... Just kidding....

that last picture actually liiks like a VERY nice kit, much better than most of the 2wd lifts I have seen.
