Rize does not make 2wd lifts. Bulletproof makes a 12" lift but its crap. Go with a 6" lift with 2" spacers up front and replace the rear block with a bigger one. 8" total.

Whats funny about that? Its my opinion. An opinion based on personal experiences. For the money, you can buy a fabtech and have money left over. They are about equal quality, average quality.

I'm confused - you purchased a Gryphon to improve performance and MPG and now you want to add an 8" lift to a 2WD truck?

i just installed my gryphon and i have it a few days to average my MPG but its at 12-13, anyone might know why its so bad? should the intake, exhuast and gryphon help the mpg?!
Building a mall crawler huh?

His is 2wd. Thogu he can do add-a-leaf for extra height in the back.

I think Fabtech makes a 7.5" lift for 2wd. I would check into that.

CST makes a 7". Fabtech only makes a 6". And rear block or rear AAL, doesnt really matter.

JD Fabrication helped Ford develop the Raptor Suspension, I'd say theirs looks decent: http://jdfabrication.com/index.php?o...d=49&Itemid=76

Out of curiosity, why are you wanting to lift a 2wd 8 inches? I know some will say its HIS TRUCK,HE CAN DO WHAT HE WANTS! But,I am just wondering.

I did a 3" HBS leveling kit myself. However, this doesn't allow me the clearance I am looking for. I don't do any serious offroading, but some of our camping/fishing/hiking/beer drinking trips take us down some pretty rough roads. While they arent muddy when we go,the ruts left from mudding are DEEP.
That being said, what tires would one run with say a 6" fabtech?
I am just tired of dragging ***** through thee roads.
