So you think I would be better off having my heads ported or buying ford racing ones wanting the most bang for my buck

Turbo's don't like a lot of duration..... Plus you need to match your cams to your intake manifold.... Check MMR to see if they have a adapter plate for the 3V heads that will allow you to run a mustang 4.6 3V intake so you can rev the engine past 5,000rpm and then it would worth adding some cams. As far as a turbo goes any ideas?

As far as the cam goes I would stay under 230 degrees of duration.... That will still be enought to hear a slight lope..... The custom cams in my cobra are only 215 degrees duration.

for the intake was thinking about using a roush supercharger lower with a sheet metal upper
as far as the turbo I am going to run a single remote mount under the bed not for sure on what size what do you suggest

For a turbo, I'd go with a precision 7175 CEA Billet Wheel turbo. It's good for about 950 crank hp so it won't be maxed out for your use and still give you some room to grow. I would suggest a bigger turbo but, if your placeing it so far away from the engine, and with that short of a intake runner will hurt spool time and your low end tq. Do you have the intercooler kit for that manifold? If you do, it will help semplify your setup, but I would look into a Killer Chiller to make the air-to-water intercooler more effecient.
