That doesn't look real terrible... but I wouldn't want to drive around for very long like that.

what gears should I look at getting for 35"s to tow with?

barely anyone regears for 35's, most only do it once you get to 37+'s. but for 35s and some towing 4.56's would be best. oh and i've towed dozens of times when i had 35s with no problems at all.
