Im not 100% sure how the lift is done...is it a spacer ontop on the stock shocks then a wouldnt put any more on to it... swap out the shock to a 5100 with a leveling kit and but the stock block from the kit back on top.... if its lifted with a shock then yes you can add a spacer on top.... mine is a fabtech with a 3" level and aal ... but if its lifted like the stage 1 kit then swap the shocks out with a leveling 5100...

If you want to attempt to do this I would go the route ursmall stated above. You can do 5100's both ways. The 6" strut one with a level on top or the 2" leveling 5100's and the 6" strut spacer. Worse comes to worst you are left with a nicer ride with 6" struts or put the leveling ones at the "0" setting and keep the 6" strut spacer.

I want to see if you could even get the strut back in the truck and then have it sit back on the ground with the UCAs not resting on the springs. I dont know if itll even be physically possible because ive never seen it done. If you look at IBF150's truck, he replaced the 6" RCX spacer and put in the 6" bilstein 5100 struts. If you look at his CV angles I wouldnt go any more then what he has now at 6". Not to mention he just broke his drivers side CV (could be unrelated to the angle but who knows). Topguncustomz put a RCX kit on a truck at 8" and the customer had them lower it to 6" because the ride was so stiff...The part about the drop brackets not being a full 6" is true. I talked to a tech at RCX when I was looking into lifting mine and he said its more like 5-5.5".

Thanks man...Ive been through this question before and have helped many people due to all my research I did when I lifted my truck. Just glad to help people. Not trying to discourage people or pretend I know everything. Just sharing knowledge so people can pursue these avenues themselves.

I see that both the bds and fabtech kit can have a spacer added in the front and aal in the rear, is this also the case with the zone brand lift? I am a ways away from lifting, but eventually I want 8 inch lift with 37s. Thanks in advance.
