Default 6 inch lift question

Just got an f150 looking to lift it and do some tires. I want to fit 37s but don't cant afford a BDS 8 inch lift and don't really want a body lift. If I get a Rough country 6 inch can I add a 2 inch level up front? or will that cause some problems? Thanks, new to the truck life. Just sold my jeep. 05 f150 4x4

You cannot do this with the Rough Country lift. Rough Country's way of lifting the front is a 6" spacer. You cannot stack another spacer on top of it. If you got adjustable struts then you can use a spacer with it to get to 8".

Correct mst people do 6in rcx lift and then use 6-8" adjustable shocks and use a 2 inch spacer for 8in

Some even do 0-3" adjustable struts then use the 6" spacer that came with the Rough Country lift.

And if you can't afford to do it correctly don't do it at all.. You will need $2k in gears to turn those 37's..
