Default 6 bolt rotor bearing problem

I bought my '04 F150 a year ago. When I bought it the brakes were bad and I didn't realize it until after a day. I called the dealership and they had me drop it off and they put new brakes on it all around. Now 20,000 miles later and after an alignment the bearings have started to grind when turning. I researched this and found a recall on a large list of vehicles but the F150 was not included on this. I don't want to go on a rant about these new "sealed bearing" rotor assemblies. What was wrong with the old way of using grease and being able to just replace the bearings, races, and seals? Anyway I have a part number of 1V102 for the rotor and 3C294 for the one time use nut. At my local NAPA I was told that this rotor is close to $500 per side and $20 for the nut. Ford quoted me $199 per. Has anyone had to deal with this?
