Hello all, I have a 2008 f150 with the 5.5ft bed. I currently have an A.R.E fiberglass tonneau cover. I am going to be selling it to get something different. I've been looking at the peragon bed covers. Need to sell mine to fund a new one. I was browsing through local craigslist and I found a peragon cover off a 2014 5.5 bed for cheap! I'm gonna jump on it fast, like tomorrow morning fast! It's black instead of white like I want. But that's okay. My question is will a bed cover from a 2014 fit a 2008? The bed sizes are both 5.5 foot. Really hoping that I'll get lucky and I'll get a yes.

I am almost certain the inside diameter is the same. Is this an aluminum railed tonneau? I would search the Peragon website and cross reference years to try and match up model #'s.

Yes it is. I looked on there website and didn't see part numbers. The guy measured his bed on his new 16 and its 62 inches wide inside rail to inside rail, I just measured mine and it is also 62 inches. His new truck has a longer bed so he can't use it anymore. Pretty excited I guess that would have been the easier thing to do instead of making a thread.. But figured I would ask and maybe it will be useful to someone in the future?

Just seen this on eBay.. The seller is peragon so looks like it will work. Guess I should have dug some more before jumping the gun. I'm sorry guys!

I just saw a member who had a 2013 and kept his cover and installed it on his 2016 no problem.

Sweet! I will be posting pics. Hopefully I can find someone to buy this A.R.E cover. It's in great shape. Just don't have a key. May go to a locksmith and get one.

It is black, I really wanted white. But could not pass up the deal as it is the cover I was looking to get down the road. Guy took it off his 14 and didn't want to put it back on his 16. Maybe I can have it painted white to match the truck.
