Default 5.4L 3V, Misfiring btwn 100-1700 rpms

Hello,
I am a new user, so hopefully this thread comes through OK. My truck is a 2004 5.4 3V.I had codes of P034, P0011, and P0021 thrown. Took it to the dealer, they diagnosed cam phasers, lash adjusters and spark plugs. Wanted $1500 in labor, $1000 in parts. I decided to do the labor myself. Broke 4 out 8 plugs...nice design. The Lisle tool is the savior. Changed the phasers, and plugs. Got it all back together and still get the misfire at 1100 to 1700 rpms. Read on a mustang site, could be altenator.....replaced that, to no avail. Read on this site, may be throttle body. I am at a loss......any suggestions. I may be heading to another ford dealer for another diagnoses. Oh yeah, motorcraft filter and oil. The truck definatley runs alot quieter now with the new phasers. Does not sound like a diesel anymore. Another great Ford design. Thanks ahead of time for the help. By the way, CEL is back on. Also changed VCT seloniod and cam position sensor to no avail. When I pull the cam sensors (Limp mode), I do not get the misfire until higher rpm's. Not sure what is going on.

Not trying to be stupid but isn't a P0304 code a missfire on cyl 4

wern't the earlier codes different before you did the work.

Is one of the cams off a tooth?

Just getting in the way here ... thrown out thoughts.

I entered in wrong code, P0340.....Sorry. I changed the cam phasers to no avail. Malfunctioning circuit states that the wiring harness needs to be checked along with the PCM, but this may be a little out of my league. Any help on how to test these?

Thanks, I am going to try one more non-dealer for a once over before going to the dealer.
