Refusing to visually inspect something that takes 10 minutes makes no sense to me. Seems the OP has all the answers. I'm out.

I'm not trying to check endless amounts of things that aren't warranted by any kind of evidence that suggests that there is a problem with the part. What part of "I don't have a loss in fuel pressure" don't you understand? You haven't suggested anything useful here anyway, so the fact that you're "out" is a good thing. Peace out, girl scout!

So, the FPDM will not show a severe drop in fuel pressure. My FP ran 37-41 at the rails. After changing the FPDM, FP was 39-42. I just did the switch yesterday. You have already spent over $2k on this truck. Buying a $60 part to plug in and see if there is a change won't break you. Also, if it isn't the issue just return it to Autozone. This is a part that is prone to causing this issue.
I test drove mine today in 102 degree weather here in TX with stop/go traffic. No stalling/bogging.

Just be sure to repost on here if this solved your issue or not for others to use.

Ever figure out your problem? I figured you would reply telling us how you figured it out and how much smarter than us you are.

I never claimed to be smarter than anyone else, but when people suggest things that don't make sense I don't waste my time doing them. I wasn't asking for help because I don't know what I'm doing, I just thought I could possibly save myself a lot of trouble by seeing if someone else had experienced the same thing and found the problem. And yes, I did figure it out in the end no thanks to you.

What was wrong?
I would like to create a list in case I run across the same issue.
