Default 5.4 spark plugs

Ok my friends, here's my concerns. I'm starting to rethink my 25+ years loyalty to Fords. My 06 F150 has the worse seats in the industry. I can deal with that. But this spark plug issue has me hot. There's more on it on other forums. The plugs aren't all that hard to get at. My thoughts are to replace them according to the TSB in the near future. I have 32k (in less than 1 year)on it now. I can't find the TSB for starters. Then I question the best lube. Sea Foam, PB Blaster, etc. Do you folks think I'm on the right track with my plan. My wife doesn't. She says take it to a dealer even though she knows I'm a pretty darn good mechanic. I just don't trust most of the dealers and from what I hear they will all nail me for the cost of pulling the heads if one breaks. All in all, Ford looks to be pulling a GM stunt here.

Default sparkplugs

Thank you whitecrystal. I knew I had seen it somewhere but couldn't find it. I'm going to change mine before I hit 50k. It seems like cheap insurance. I've heard that the PB Blaster is as good as anything. Now to find some of that nickel anti-seize.
