Default 5.4 rattling during acceleration. P0174

Hi everyone. I have 2006 5.4 with a p0174 code (system lean on bank 2) so i decided to clean the maf and throttle body. After doing so, the rattling started - it occurs only when accelerating between 1000 - 1500 rpm (sounds similar to a diesel, a bit louder)

I also I'd a fuel trim check referring to this page:

http://troubleshootmyvehicle.com/ford/4.6L-5.4L/troubleshooting-p0171-and-p0174-page-2

It states that the live data pids - Lt ftrm1 and Lt ftrm2 values should range between 10% to -10%.

The values I'm getting before and after the maf/tb cleaning (Lt ftrm1 1.6) (Lt ftrm2 -0.8) both are stagnant.

Thanks for the help.

similar, maybe not high of a pitch as rocks in a can. I'll post a video soon.

I should also mention once in a while, if I slowly raise the rpms, it'll run like its firing on half the cylinders and remain like that until i raise the rpms above 2000 or so. pass 2000 rpm the truck drives fine.

i have the same problem. Research so far shows tune up usually fixes it but i haven't done mine yet. Whole truck shakes violently whenever i let off the gas and if i ease onto it the shaking starts until i accelerate above 2000rpm. Bad on hills and cruise control as well . Have to be going at least 60km/h or 40mph for it to be an issue Already had cat replaced to clear code and misfire codes but still missfires every day.
