5.4 possible cam noise?
2007 5.4 Screw
First post on here everyone.
My truck is making a noise like cam phasers? Maybe? Just replaced the manifolds and exhaust. This knocking noise is only when the truck is warmed up. Doesn't do it at idle just when I'm slightly moving (ie. Drive thrus, sitting in traffic etc.) I have a video but I'm not sure how to post it onto here.

Welcome! Maybe try renaming the thread something a bit more self explanatory? You may get some more tech guys on here with ideas, I thought you were looking for a screw for your truck.
