It happens at idle and while driving

Sorry I just look at the new post I didn't notice what section it was in

Is it bogging down at all during hard acceleration or just popping?

I would say mostly popping but occasionally bogging down to where I have no power and not gaining any speed

Could be getting bad redeadings from the o2 sensors. Any aftermarket mods or tunes?

If you have a lot of popping which seems to be the case and occasional bogging and loss of power I have to lean to plugged cats. And as ga as CAI is concerned most of those need a tune and if they don't get the engine runs too rich an can damage cats. Next time you take it out at night for a good drive pull over when you start to get the power loss and bogging and pop the hood to see of your manifolds are glowing orange. If they are it's definitely your cats.

Get a tune the 3v already runs lean a CAI just makes the problem worse

I had a hypertech tuner on it a year ago but it still missfired but I sold it for a couple extra bucks to my buddy for his f150
