Default 5.4 + E-Fans = better MPGs?

ok guys. nice weather is here. thinking about taking the E-Fan plunge. im sure with all the write-ups on here i can get the job done easily(thanks guys and gals that have put the info up). I know that i will see some gains in power not pushing the fan around mechanically, but what type of MPG gains can i expect to see. This truck/motor combo as it is now will pull anything i want to pull anywhere i want to pull it so im not looking so much to gain power, doing it mostly for the MPGs.

if youre going to tell me to go buy a focus because that will give me the mileage i want, you dont need to comment. this is my daily driver and plan to keep it that way.

Here are my questions:

what MPG increase can I expect to see (i get about 16 now)?

will i still be able to hook up heavy trailer and not worry about overheating?

will my ac stay cool at idle, or will i have to crank the fans up too keep it cool at idle?

Default

I recently did the dreaded Spark Plug change.

It went well and the garage I went to had an ex Ford tech who is a bit of a 5.4 whisperer or so I am told.

I have noticed 1.5 MPG better since the work.

I am at 17.5 to 18 which is nice to see.
