I don't think they're as bad as some people do. I've seen a lot that run great. When your looking for a problem, you'll see it everywhere. This and other forums are just a small percentage of these trucks out there and not everyone on the forums have this issue.

^ I'm talking myself out of the chain issue for the pure fact it doesn't present itself until 2000rpm and up only on a cold engine as the engine warms the sound goes away completely. If it was chains and tensioners as the motor warms and oil gets warmer thinner and less oil pressure the noise should get erode and worse correct?

Any other opinions or advice? Kinda stumped maybe it's a unpressurized lash adjuster?

With mine, I found 13 bad lash adjusters when I went to change out the phasers and timing components. Changed them all to be sure I didn't have to go back in right away. Did you try the seafoam in the brake booster line to see if any smoke came out at the exhaust manifold. I believe that muffler shops can do that as well to check manifolds. Other than that, I probably would start digging into the engine and checking the lash adjusters and the timing components out just to find out what it is. The least it will cost is some time, some gasket sealant and antifreeze to check it out to be sure. The pulley pullers you can rent and take back. Sometimes, just taking it apart is faster and inspecting it is faster than just thinking about it and wondering. Let us know what you decide, lots of advice here to help.

When I did mine, it sounded different from yours does in the video. I am leaning more toward the exhaust manifold right now. But mine did have bad phasers and 13 bad lash adjusters as well.

It's terrible and embarrassing lol. It sounds like exhaust leak and phasers knocking. But then again it sound like rod knocking lol.
