Default 5.4 3v problems

Hi guys I just bought a 2005 f150 xlt crew cab 5.4l 115k got it pretty cheap has some issues. This is my first 3v my dad has had a few of them and I know the cam phasers always go bad and plugs are bad to change. This truck had the plugs done 2k ago. When I drive it, it feels like it's missing a little but and there's not a lot power. And when I get out on the highway after a few minutes it loses power almost like it's running out of gas and it down shifts and sputters and misses, also the check engine light blinks when it does this. Then I pull over kill it and then started it again and it does fine and thens starts doing it again. I took it to oreilys to get te engine codes and it is giving a po174 code (bank 2 system too lean) I'm just lost on it. I wondered if the fuel pump was weak but it just had the filter changed when the plugs were done

Blinking check engine light = misfire. Lean code indicates too little fuel / too much air. Check / change your plugs and coils if you haven't already, check your FPDM, test vacuum lines.
