Default 5-1-5-0 Build Thread

Hey everyone. To start, this build is still a few months from being complete. I am a student, 5days a week in college and i work 4days a week. So it leaves me with little time for my project.

Alright, on Nov. 6th 2012 I bought this 2004 F150 Fx4 crew cab for $5500 as is.

The Good:

Grey Leather interior
sunroof
all power options
hitch
bedliner
mint stock 17" rims (stored for 4yrs)
current E-test
31" BFG's

The Bad:

Exhaust Manifold leaks + broken studs
Both cab corners starting to rust
Steering shaft worn out
Minimal dents
212 500km
intermittent "no-start" (fuel pump module)
Ticking engine
Sloppy timing chain
Cracked windshild
1 broken fog light

Let the fun begin!

1st thing on my list was to deal with the 5.4 wood pecker of an engine. And of course.. 7/8 plugs broke

Time to take off the heads
