Default 4x4 wont engage

My 4 wheel drive worked earler today and on my way home it wouldn't go in to 4 high or 4 low. Does anyone know what could be happening?

When you flick the switch does the 4x4 light come on?

Solenoid on the fire wall under hood on driver side, 4x4 relay under hood on passenger side or transfer motor needs a couple of lite taps

located on the firewall behind the battery... when you pull the vacuum lines this will allow the vacuum to vent from your IWE's and engage...no matter what position your switch is in. Vacuum holds the IWE's dis-engaged... when you turn your selector switch to 4WD if working properly will tell the IWE's to vent...
