Been searching the site a bit, and I think I may have found the answer, but I thought I'd post my question here anyways.

I have a 2005 F150 and recently the 4x4 quit working. I switch the dial to 4H and the light comes on indicating it's in 4x4, but it seems like the hubs aren't locking. I haven't noticed any grinding or odd noises that I've seen others post about here, nothing is happening except the light comes on.

Does this sound like the solenoid issue I've read about on here?
