Default 4x4 problem with one wheel

When my trucks is in two wheel drive the drivers front wheel sounds like a tambourine when I put it in 4 wheel it stops when I disconnected the vacuum line it makes the loud jangle in both
2 and 4 wheel drive.what's my problem? I also checked vacuum on that acuator and it wouldnt even hold unless i put my finger on the small stub.

I put in a cheap master pro cv axle because i broke the axle nut on the factory one. Could that of cause the problem? Im going to order a motorcraft cv when i order the iwe.

Doubt it... unless it was not installed properly.

Well I took it apart the iwe and it was exploded and also the hub and the cv axle was missing teeth now. Ordered all three motorcraft parts for $600. I hope the passenger side survived.
