Default 4x4 problem !!

Hi, i am having problem with my front 4x4. I do alot of trailing and my truck started to have lots of noises and knocks when i was in 4wd. So i did lots of work on it and i still have a hard knock when i engage the 4x4 and when i am rolling and when i turn.
I have changed and thats both side :

Hub bearings
4wd actuator
Axles

Now i am thinking it maybe my front gears are done ?

Can anyone help me on this case.
Going trailing this week i want to be in top shape.

replace the IWE solenoid on the firewall with the updated one with rain guard.. it seems like its shorting out causing it to half engage

A knock when engaging 4WD could be the front diff. Also check your u-joints on the front driveshaft. It could also be the transfer case or t-case shift motor. I'm not sure how to check those while moving though.

I think you could be right about the gears in the differential.

This will absolutely help me. I will test all systems before doing any work done on it. I was thinking of changing 4wd vacuum tubing i do have a side that is sucking less then the other.
