Default 4x4 decal removal

The 4x4 decal on the rear quarter panel is faded/hard to see. I found a pretty cool set of replacements, but don't want to order them without knowing how to safely remove the existing ones without damaging my paint. Any suggestions?

Warm up the emblem with a hair dryer and slowly peel off. Should be fairly simple.

After you get the decal off, use some Goo Gone to take of the adhesive that is left behind.

I bought a "sticker eraser" from NAPA. Put it on a cordless drill and a few minutes later no sticker and no paint or body damage
