Default 2006 F150 will not recognize the scanner
Connect a scanner to a 2006 F150 . the F150 will not recognize the scanner
Can any one help me here.

Need to change a fuse, I had the same problem. Sorry I forgot which one it was, from memory I believe it was a yellow 10 amp fuse in the passenger kick panel

I think its the cig lighter fuse that the reader plug is on. Push your cig lighter in and see if its heating
