Realize that it's not just the actuator that is now bad, but most likely your IWE's as well. As a general rule of thumb, it might be best to take a really good luck at your hub as well, as it was grinding against the IWE when it disengaged. I know this sounds like overkill, but IWE grinding kills the hubs and this is often overlooked. It will lead to premature failure of the IWE's over and over and over again.
Inspect your vacuum lines really good, too, after you replace your solenoid. Heck, your old solenoid might not even be the cause. The rubber lines, especially where they cross over a high-heat area (headers, block, etc.) will become brittle and crack. Even a small crack in the system will cause the IWE to pop out when you need it most. Check to make sure that one of the lines hasn't been hit by a rock or a stick or something else on the trail / road. We have little guards installed on our trucks that help prevent this, but it still happens.
Good luck!!!

I believe I fixed my problem with the solenoid. Put the new one on took it for a test drive and everything seems to be working. Might buy an extra incase this ever happens again.
