Default 4" Suspension Lift

I don't know much about lifts but is this really a 4" lift for that price. http://www.jcwhitney.com/4-complete-...911y2004g492j1
2004 F-150 FX4 - 2.5" Rough Country Level, 275/70/18 Fierce M/T's, True Dual Straights ...so far
