4.6l stalling out
ok here is the deal.. I ran my truck out of gas the other day.. after filling it up it started to stall out everytime I would come to a stop or would slow down and turn... so I replaced the fuel filter and added treatment to the gas and its still stalling out...sitting at idle it runs fine but the exhaust has a slight sewage smell to it... please help

My truck did this after I disconnected the battery - it may need to relearn its idle. Try cleaning the throttle body and disconnecting the battery. Then follow the relearn procedure:
