Removed the PVC valve looks OK the ball is moving freely

Hello I just put in new pvc valve , fuel filter, removed and cleaned throttle body and maf sensor...... Truck still runs the same still has a rough idle. Throttle body was really dirty maf sensor was clean

What brand of plugs did you use? Boots usually include springs. Did they?

I used autolite I think they was like 5 bucks a plug and yes new springs to.



It was doing this before the tuneup

Unhook the exhaust between the manifold and cats, if it runs better (will be loud as heck when you test drive it) then 1 or both of your cats are clogged.
