Default 4:10 vs 4:30 help

I have a 4.6 with a canned tune and just put on 33" Coopers and the truck came with 3:55 gears. I am going to re-gear but cannot decide between 4:10 and 4:30 gears. I have run gearing calculators and just cant decide. I am afried the 4:10 wont be enough of a change while I' worried the 4:30 will be too much. this cost way to much to do over so I would like feedback from people who have done this. My truck has the the 3 speed Auto with overdrive which is why I've been leaning towards the 4:30.

If anyone knows an affordable place to do the swap in San Antonio, I would appreciate it.

Wrong section for that body style.

That said, I'd recommend the 4.10's. They're enough of a jump that you should feel a good bit of difference. If you plan on going to bigger tires down the road though, I'd say get the 4.30's so that you only have to do it once.

I personally wouldn't regear for a 33.. 33s aren't much bigger than a factory size 275/55/20. Based on a 33x12.50x20.

The Texas Regional Section might be a good place to ask that question.
