Default 4.10 gears

I really want to regear my truck with 4.10s but I have know idea what size the rear and front end is. How do I get this info? The current gears are 3.73LS if that helps. Thank you!!

Front is an 8.8" and if you have the 5.4, you have the 9.75. You can make sure by checking your door jam code.

Not worth it to go from 3.73 to 4.10 gears. Its a 1500-2000 dollar job, the difference it will make simply isn't worth it. 3.73 to 4.56 is a bigger jump and more worth your cash.

If you have 3.73's the 4.10 change will not be worth it. You won't even feel it. What tire/wheel combo are you running? Is that what is prompting you to make the change or something else?

I'm running stock wheel/tire combo, the main reason for the change is for better towing. I have the 5.4 and the has 12 bolts on the cover.

Your 3.73's should be fine for towing. Are you lacking power? Why do you feel the need to change?

My truck is an absolute dog when towing. That is the reason for wanting to regear
