Oh ok then a 4.6L is the same as a 5.4L? Its less than a liter difference... Inch, liter, mile, etc, theyre just units. The OP was asking about what tires would fit, and although you have close to the size he is interested in, I was only pointing out that they're not quite the same size. Different tire styles & brands also can end up measuring to be a slightly different size than theyre named.
