Default 35x12.50 clearance???

I currently have a 2.5" leveling kit on my Fx4 with pro-comp xtreme a/t tires (325/60r18) and ultra goliath wheels (18x9, 6" BS with 2" wheel spacers). I am just wondering if i would be able to clear a 35x12.50r18 or would the tire rub too much (i currently receive minimal rubbing when making extreme turns) thanks.

I run the same tires but 35/12.5/17". They rub when turning sharply, but they still work fine for me. I have the 3" leveling kit, but I don't think that should make a big difference; the rubbing is on the upper control arm so you might even be better off. Hope this helps

The more you stick out in the front with 35's the more chances to rub on the lower wheelwell's. I'd try them without the spacer's and they may clear if the tires are an all terrain (smaller side's than a MT). 6" BS would maybe make the tires clear the wheelwell's but will be close on the control arm. Good luck!

Ya the reason i had to get the wheel spacers was that the 13.50" wide tire i have now hit the control arms but if i remember correctly it was only by a little. maybe if i stuck with a 12.50 wide tire it would clear and i would be able to take the spacers off. thanks for the advice

no its actually how far your wheel comes into your fender well i do believe. say your wheels are 9 inches wide and you have 6 inch backspacing that means 6"s go inward and 3"s go outward from the lugs i think dont take my word on it but thats what i get out of it

Your tires are not 35"x12.5", they are 34.37"x11.81" http://www.performanceplustire.com/p...-22#prodAnchor

Fitment will depend on tire AND wheel specifications
