No offense but it's a stupid idea.
The transmission won't bolt up. The engine will physically fit but the motor mounts are different. You'll end up with less power and fuel economy for a stupid amount of money.
This is coming from the guy who put a 5.4 4v in his truck. I'm no stranger to doing something that hasn't been done before but at least have an idea that has a few positives. The only positive for the 351w is that the motor itself is simple.
