You're not alone! My auto insurance dropped 30% when I moved here. No cars on these roads! But I've got a beautiful view of Mt. Shasta out the front door and a cattle ranch out the back. And great neighbors. Best thing about Medford = no sales taxes. Best thing about Redding... Hmmm... ...I'm thinking ...I'm thinking...
