I got 33" and I love the look, nothing wrong at all with this...
325/60R18 with a 2.5 level kit, heck 35" wouldn't look bad, but personally I think this has a nice balance.

Now if I jacked my truck 6" and put mud tires on, I admit that's a little extreme. I tell people all the time if I had a crew cab and 4x4 that's what I would have done.

Butt hurt? Not me. I have a 4wd and couldn't care less about what other people think of my truck.

My two cents...

Because skinny small tires look ridiculous on modern trucks. My stock size is 255/65R17...

That does look good. Not fake off-road at all like I was thinking.

Perfect answers. Especially one with a picture to prove it. Thank you! That's all I was looking for. In my mind I thought of 34" mud tires. I should have stated better. Why put 34" MUD tires on a 2WD truck? Maybe add a 4x4 sticker to the box for additional looks lol?

Not butt hurt at all but educating people is good.

You do know that majority of Prerunners and Race trucks ( trophy trucks ) are 2wd.

The reason being is the cost to build a 2WD prerunner is a lot less than a 4WD and the biggest thing is more suspension travel with a 2WD kit.

Look at all the Off road suspension companies out there and the majority of us have more 2WD kits than we do 4WD kits.

I'm not saying that the OP is building a full prerunner kit but the majority of Prerunners are running some sort of 35+" MT tire.

I have 33x12.50's on my 2WD 2007 F150 Super Crew with 2" leveling kit. Looks great, minimal rubbing if any.

I went up to Discounttire and they helped me decide, I'm gonna go with some 295/70r18 Cooper AT3s. I will post a pic if I can remember to once I get them put on.
