Hi guys I have a 2004 f150 xlt nbs crew cab 4x4 and I want to add a 30 inch bar in the lower grill, my question is I have a tranny cooler that's infront of it but I see many people put the bar there will the bar effect the cooling or did some of you guys reposition the cooler and how?

It will fit below the trans cooler.

I added the 30" led light bar in the lower bumper opening. There are even holes in the frame at either end, perfect for mounting.

I put one on my 2011 platinum 6.2l love it and i havent had any issues with it there mine was a 20inch youll be fine

I'm a little confused, you say you put a 30" light bar but on your last page of your build page you say it's a 20 ".

Good catch. Typo. A 30" fits. There's a ton of room behind the bumper.
