The after is probably a pic of it up on the rack, getting new ball joints and cv's.
That seems to be the consensus on levels anyway. I put a 2.5" on mine, and had UCAs, tie rods, ball joints, and end links all replaced at the same time a few months ago. I put the level on at 30k, and have 88k on it now, with 325/60/18 terra grapplers. Bigger, heavier tire will wear out parts faster of course. I won't blame it all on the level, but it sure didn't help anything.
Did I take it out of the truck you may ask? Nope. The extra room for bigger tires, gives it the look I wanted, and there's no way I could go back stock now.
I know there will be more saying the 3" has been fine for them, but I have no experience with that.

Before.

Leveled.

Leveled with tires.
