Provide more details about your truck...engine, tire size, do you tow anything?

My truck came from the factory with 3.73 and 275/65 18 tires running 275/70 18 now

275/60 20 is the same size as 275/70 18

If you want a perceptible performance increase go with the 4.10, the difference between 3.55 and 3.73 is negligible and a waste of money in my opinion.I would also consider a limited slip differential unit.

Agreed, difference between 3.55 and 3.73 is too small to waste the money, go with 4.10's. Limited slip will be nice to if you live in a region with snow and ice.

Can I ask why you even need to change gears from what I assume are the 3.55's that you currently have? You're not looking to tow and those tires aren't that big. I had 4.10's put in when I had my lift and 35's put on, and to this day I really don't think it was necessary. The difference really isn't noticeable. Perhaps 4.56's but again, unnecessary for 35's IMO.
