Default 3.55 or 3.73?

For some reason I thought my gears were 3.55, can't remember how I got there, but when I typed in my vin number it came up "3.73,3.55 (3.55 min/3.73 max). How can I tell definitely what I have? And while I am at it does anyone have the formula for tire size? I am using 2553 for LT265R70/17.

You can look at your vehicle sticker (typically in the drivers side door jam) and look for the AXLE (Axle Code).

19 - 3.55 Non-LS
18 - 3.08 Non-LS
H9 - 3.55 LS
B6 - 3.73 LS
